Henry Cotton was a Professional golfer at 17, British Open Golf winner 1934, 1937 & 1948, Ryder Cup player & captain 1947 & 1953 and a member of the Golf “Hall of Fame”. He was a true sporting legend. Sir Henry served his country in WW2 as an RAF pilot and returned to the sport he loved when the war was over.

When relaxing and not on golfing tour, he was an expert fly fisherman and not just any fishing, Spey cast fly fishing. When Sir Henry came to designing a logo, he chose this casting technique to represent his brand.

Sir Henry loved the high life, champagne, caviar, his Rolls Royce, beautiful women and bespoke Italian tailored clothes. A Style leader and lifestyle entrepreneur, he was Knighted by Queen Elizabeth II in 1987.
