　　カンチェーミ卿が1944年に来日して日本に初めて本格イタリア料理を紹介して以来、カンチェーミ一族は日本に現存する最も古いイタリアンファミリーの一つとなります。氏の息子であるエンツォ・カンチェーミが代表取締役社長兼CEOを務めるカンチェーミ・コーポレーション株式会社は、本国イタリアと日本を結んで地中海諸国の優れた食材、食文化を輸入販売し、日本に広く普及させることを目的とする「OLiVO（オリーヴォ）」、及び、「la cantina cancemi（ラ・カンティーナ・カンチェーミ）」を運営するトータル・フーズ･カンパニーです。
　　OLiVOは、①今年度世界一に輝いたオリーブオイル各種、②世界から厳選されたオリーブ各種、③本格イタリアンDELIの3つの美味しさに特化したプレミアムブランドです。
　　la cantina cancemiは、その年世界一に輝いたオリーブオイル各種を惜しみなく使った本格イタリアンと、豊富な種類の美味しいイタリアワインがカジュアルな雰囲気で楽しめるイタリアンキッチンです。
　　After Sir A. Cancemi became the first Italian chef to introduce authentic Italian cuisine to Japan in 1944, the Cancemi family has become synonymous with Italian wining and dining as one of the oldest Italian families in existence in Japan today. Vincenzo "Enzo" Cancemi, son of Sir A. Cancemi, currently serves as President and CEO of Cancemi Corporation, which owns and manages OLiVO brand products and stores and La Cantina Cancemi, among other premium food-related businesses in Japan.
