黒酢の故郷、鹿児島県福山町で昔ながらの製法で黒酢や地元の方にご愛用頂ける食酢を作っております。
年二回、春と秋に黒酢の仕込みを行っております。
事前にお申し込みを頂ければ桜島を望む15,000本の酢畑をご案内させて頂きます。
