"FUKU+RE" is completely new style steamed cake, originate from local steamed cake "fukuregashi" in Kagoshima prefecture. Based on original method and ingredient, "FUKU+RE" provides non Japanese, non European, but just original taste.
"FUKU+RE" is moisty, spicy, and testy. Mixed with liqueur and many local specialty such as Tokara islands' banana, and Sakura-jima's mandarin orange, "FUKU+RE" becomes traditional, modern and stylistic sweets.
You can enjoy lunch, original quiche, and of course daily "FUKU+RE" made of seasonal ingredients at our shop.
