沖縄・浦添にある天然酵母食パン専門店イッペコッペ。材料はシンプルに４つのみ。最高級国産小麦はるゆたかブレンドを大宜見村喜如嘉の地下天然水でこねあげます。塩は久米島の白銀の塩、ホシノ天然酵母を使用。粉の美味しさを引き立てるために、乳製品、油分、卵は一切使用しておりません。幸せの食卓のお手伝いができるように、毎日心をこめて焼き上げています
