やちむんのふるさと那覇・壺屋にある育陶園は、約300年の歴史がある壺屋の窯元。伝統的な技法と文様を施した器やシーサーから、現代の食卓にもマッチする器まで手作業で作製・販売しています。
沖縄の景色を感じる壺屋の路地裏にある工房では、シーサー作りやロクロを使った器作り、線彫りやイッチン技法などの陶芸教室も随時開催しています。
