家族・家庭のあり方も多種多様な昨今。お子さんの年齢に応じたより良い成長・発達と各家庭の考え方育児方針を考慮し個々に応じた対応を心がけます。
当社登録のシッターは２０台独身～６０台おばあちゃん世代まで幅広く登録。
保育士・幼稚園教諭等の資格保持・勉強中が９割。
必要に応じて、当社独自の研修を実施。
受講状況や各自の特性とお客様のご希望を考慮してマッチングしています。
代表山本(旧姓:大久保)は、7年間保育士としての勤務の後、平成元年よりベビーシッターとして様々なケースに従事。これまでの経験と全国ベビーシッター協会（現在の全国保育サービス協会）の研修を基に後進を指導。
