松翁軒・創業天和元年・カステラ元祖。松翁軒は天和元年（1681年）、江戸中期に山口屋貞助が創業。その後歴代、菓子づくり一筋に精進を重ねて三百余年。長崎の歴史とともに歩んできた、カステラづくりの老舗です。
