精肉は、「牛・豚・鶏」を、それぞれ枝肉(1頭:1羽)で仕入れ、一つ一つ自分の手で捌いて(解体して)います。それによりコストダウンを図り、安くて美味しい肉を、お客様に提供させて頂いています。夕方から販売する惣菜類についても、納得した商品のみ販売しています。
