General information
建設産業は、社会インフラの整備・維持の担い手として、また、災害対応や除雪など安全・安心な街づくりに貢献しています。
しかしながら、近年の公共事業の削減を背景に、就業者の高齢化や若年入職者の減少など、担い手不足が大きな課題となっています。
そこで、島根県内で働く官民の若手技術者が中心となって、【建設産業魅力発信等研究会】を結成。建設現場やそこで働く人々に光を当て、建設産業の魅力を発信していくことにしました。
