滝の焼餅は、天正十三年 蜂須賀蓬庵家政公が阿波二十五万石の国主として徳島城を築き、その祝いに献上嘉納されました。幸にして藩主御愛用の錦竜水の使用を許され、藩主の御用菓子として名声を博しました。
今も昔も変わらぬ味。
菊紋の押し型で親しまれている滝の焼餅は、皮とあんとの絶妙なバランス、香ばしい焼き加減や程良い厚み、そして、熟練された職人の勘と技で仕上げ、心を込めて一枚一枚焼いています。そんな私たちの想いが、皆様に届けられますように。
