文部科学省の拠点クラブにも認定いただいている、神戸～芦屋の地域総合型スポーツクラブです。
現在、サッカー・陸上（アスリート）・野球・体操・空手などのクラブを運営しています。
2005年にスタートし、2012年の時点で約850名の会員が集うクラブです。
特徴としては、総合型スポーツクラブのメリットを活かすため、『コオーディネーショントレーニング』を各、練習に取り入れて実施しております。
みんなの成功体験につながれば・・・と思いスタッフ一同活動しております。
