兵庫県広域防災センターは、災害時における県内外からの救援物資の集積・配送機能や災害応急活動要員の駐屯・宿営機能を備えた県全域をカバーする広域防災拠点としての役割を担うほか、消防職員・消防団員や地域防災リーダーの育成、県民を対象とした防災体験学習や訓練を実施しています。
