わたしたちは、地元である石川県と富山県の県境にある、医王山山麓に広がるナラ・クヌギが主要な雑木林から、薪を伐採し生産しています。
ここ石川県はゆたかな里山里海に恵まれた場所でありますが、近年手入れされずに荒廃した里山が問題となりつつあります。わたしたちは地元の山林所有者と協力して、計画的に雑木林の伐採と育林を行うことで、薪ストーブユーザーへ毎年安定的に薪を供給するとともに、かつての豊かな里山の再生を目指しています。
