2011年にスタートした靴、カバンをメインとしたブランド。コンセプトに「make happy. made in Japan」を掲げています。
名前の由来は「出かける際に身につけるアイテムが生活の相棒(buddy)のようになってほしい」という思いからきています。
buddyというと海外では「犬」か「親友」というところから、商品の名前が全て犬に由来しています。
コンセプトの通り「made in Japan」に拘り作られるアイテムは全て日本製。デザイン、素材、作りまで妥協無く拘り抜き作り手からエンドユーザーまでが笑顔になれる商品です。
2013年にはパリの展示会に出展、2014年にはパリとNYで展示会を行いすでに日本だけでは無く海外でも人気を得て全世界に広がっています。
