学生団体・任意団体として2011年2月に発足。2012年11月にNPO法人化。「人と地域社会とをつなぐ架け橋となり、次世代の担い手が活躍する環境をつくる」ことをミッションに、実践型インターンシップのプログラム開発とコーディネート、若手社会人向けのUIターン型の創業支援、中間支援、高校や官公庁の生涯学習プログラム設計と運営、学生向けのボランティア情報の配信、などの事業を行っています。奈良で「何かをしたい」という志を持つ次世代の方々の活躍の場づくりとコーディネートと環境整備を事業として進めていきます。
