弊社の歴史
初代中原浅吉が明治４３年９月１３日に大阪市西区うつぼに肥料問屋ならびに北海道荷受け問屋として創業した。
大正９年、二代目浅吉が事業を継承し、従来の魚粕、油粕の他に、満州大豆粕、朝鮮大羽鰯粕及び化学肥料の取扱い等、業容を拡大し、神戸穀物取引所より京阪神における最多取扱業者として表彰された。又、昭和４２年４月２９日産業功労者として業界初の勲五等双光旭日章を賜る。
昭和２７年に法人組織に改組し、三代目中原武夫が代表取締役に就任した。
法人改組と共に、戦前の事業を継承しつつ肥料の将来性を考え”配合肥料”製造の分野に進出し、又、当時弊社課題であった”有機粒状肥料（有機ペレット）”を昭和６０年頃に中国で開発生産し中国貿易の基を作りました。
