りんごの木は、住み慣れた地域で、思い出の詰まった我が家で 最期まで自分らしく暮らせるように 場合によっては２４時間駆けつける体制を整え 安心して生活して頂くお手伝いをしています。 自分の親に受けさせたいサービスを提供できるように 日々、鋭意努力しています。
その為には、スタッフのパフォーマンスを高める必要があります。りんごの木では、ケアマネージャーとサ責、登録ヘルパーがチームとなり、フォロー、バックアップの体制をとっているので、子育て中の方でも、安心して働くことのできる環境を整えています。現在、子育て中のスタッフ、60歳以上のスタッフ活躍中です。
