従来、基礎型枠等で使用したせき板は、コンクリート硬化後に取り外し焼却処分していたため、森林伐採や二酸化炭素（CO2）の排出などによる環境問題となっています。
当社で開発した“エコウェルメッシュ”は、鉄線でフレームを加工し、専用金網を組み合わせた製品で、従来型枠・在来ラス型枠等の工法とは全く違った発想を基に開発されたコンクリート型枠です。
コンクリートを流した後もそのまま建物の基礎として使えるため、解体する必要がなく、廃材が出ません。そのため、環境問題に取り組むゼネコン等からの受注も着実に伸びています。
さらに、当社専用展開システムで各部材の拾い出しを行い工場生産をするので、現場で組み立てるだけの形で納品することができ、短期間での施工が実現、ローコスト化となります。
現在、建設業の人手不足が深刻な問題として浮上しているなか、専門技術を必要としない“エコウェルメッシュ”は、これからの基礎型枠における標準施工方法として評価を受けています。
