蒲郡名物「ベッコウ姿焼き」は、「蒲郡市観光協会推奨土産品」に認定されている名品。形原漁港でその日に水揚げされた新鮮なイカやタコ、エビなどを仕入れ、即加工し、天日干しにして姿焼きに焼き上げる。噛めば噛むほど出てくる旨味はクセになる美味しさ。
