海、空、富士山を眺めながらお香やアロマの香りに包まれて、ゆったりと自分を見つめる時間、振り返る時間、内面からキレイや元気になるお手伝いが出来たらと思います。
ヨガを始めるきっかけは人それぞれ、身近にヨガに触れて頂ければと思います。
未経験者大歓迎！初心者の方がメインで10人程度の少人数制（予約制）でアットホームな雰囲気でベテランインストラクター達が『親切』『丁寧』『ゆっくり』『お客様のレベルに合わせて』レッスン致します。
英語で指導のヨガやKIDSヨガ（3～5歳）、マタニティヨガ、産後ママヨガ、ホットヨガ、シバナンダヨガなどレッスン多彩です！
英語に親しみたい方や外国の方もレッスンしやすい環境になっています。
レッスンは月毎に変わります。
