アニマルウエルフェア家畜福祉の考え方で乳牛を育て、乳製品を作る。
極小ロット生産で牛の名前入りヨーグルトを生産する日本で唯一の工房。
５種類の乳牛を育てているが最終的に７種の乳牛の同時飼育が目標。
レインボウプロジェクトは生物の種の多様性を守り、多様な乳加工製品を生み出し、お客様に酪農の可能性と豊かな食文化の楽しみを提案してまいります。
