障がいをお持ちの方、一人一人のご希望に合った会社・仕事を探し、企業への推薦、選考中の支援はもちろん、入社後も末永くサポートします。
また、障がい者採用や雇用継続でお困りの企業には、障がい者人材紹介と雇用に関するコンサルティングサービスを提供します。
人手不足、採用難と言われる現在、障がいをお持ちの方々の中には、企業の求める法定雇用のカウントのために、週20時間以上働いて雇用保険に入ることは出来ないけど、でも、短時間なら働くことができる！という方々が多数いらっしゃいます。
電車・バスで通勤に片道1時間・往復2時間もかけることなく、自宅近くで短時間でも働きたい、という方々と、地域の優良企業のご縁を結ぶことが、結果的には長く、安心して働くことになります。
