わたしたちの「心」と「体」は
毎日の食事で作られると考えています。

だからこそ、毎日食べられて
「心」と「体」も喜ぶような、
“美味しくて豊かな食事”を
召しあがっていただきたい。

フレンチのフルコースは華やかで豊かです。
しかし、日常の食事とは言えません。
そこで、料理の質と味へのこだわりは
フレンチのフルコースそのままに、
いつも気軽にご利用頂ける
フレンチのお店を作ることにしました。

特別でない毎日を特別に。

Both our “body” and “mind”
are made with what we eat every day.

That’s why I hope to serve you dishes
you can enjoy every day, which would delight
both your ”body” and “mind.”

While full-course French cuisines are gorgeous,
they are not necessarily
what we enjoy on a daily basis.

As such,
I decided to launch a casual delicatessen
you could use every day,
while fully maintaining
the attention to the quality and taste
we pay in preparing full-course French cuisines.

We, RECIPE & MARKET,
hope to make your ordinary days
something special.
