南インド料理「ダクシン」の由来はサンスクリット語で「南」と言う意味です。南インドで有名な料理長が作る本格料理です。風邪等に薬膳効能がある伝統的なアユール料理。身体の内側から綺麗になる美容に良い料理です。野菜や豆等を使った低カロリーの料理です。お酒も楽しんで頂ける様にお酒も充実しました。心よりご来店をお待ちします。

－ ２００９年より来日し、「ダクシン東日本橋」の料理長として就任。
