General information
東京の旅を案内する、観光ガイドだが、まちづくりNPO法人のメンバーが運営する為、地球温暖化、CO2削減などに配慮して、自動車は使用せず、自転車や水上バス、メトロなどで徒歩感覚で東京の下町の隅々を案内する。単なる観光名所めぐりではなく、東京のもつ江戸から続く文化と歴史的背景を取り込んだ旅となっている。例えば、忠臣蔵の吉良邸跡から、浪士が凱旋報告した泉岳寺までの道程を自転車で追体験する。鼠小僧中村次郎吉や、八百屋お七、文七元結などの落語ネタや庶民の伝承などを現在の地に訪ねる。誰も知らない特別な東京旅を体験するbicycle tour.Bike Tokyo, Bike New York参加。
