昭和６２年５月、株式会社弘和を設立。独立系ＦＰ（ファイナンシャル・プラニング）会社として、個人及び法人を対象にＦＰコンサルティング業務を開始。
平成6年３月、現ＮＰＯ法人日本ファイナンシャル・プランナーズ協会からファイナンシャル・プランナー養成の教育機関として認定を受け、ＦＰ教育に特化したエフ・ピィ・ケイ研修センター株式会社の前身であるＦＰＫ研修センター（公称、経営法人は弘和）を開設し、ＦＰ養成講座を開催するとともに講師・相談員等の派遣業務を開始致しました。
平成８年、東京事業部を開設し、大阪、名古屋、金沢と相次いで事業所を設置しＦＰ養成講座の開催・運営に当たりました。
その後、ＦＰ専門校として教育事業の更なる飛躍とコンサルティング業務及び相談員派遣業務の一層の充実と高度化を図ることを目的として平成９年７月にエフ・ピィ・ケイ研修センター株式会社を設立し、株式会社弘和より教育業務及び相談員並びにセミナ
ー等講師の派遣業務、コンサルティング業務を継承し現在に至ります。
