The concept is to take the two activities WTAPSⓇ and FORTY PERCENTS AGAINST RIGHTSⓇ which are centered around the Director Tetsu Nishiyama, a.k.a. TET/BLITZ, and to release from a single base of operations newly founded in Shibuya, Tokyo.
The two brand only shop is something new, and for the first time this place will allow the director to fully express his world view only.
