群馬県渋川市マロニエ通りの日本の真ん中「へそ石・へそ地蔵」近くで、伝統の酒種天然酵母による「酒まんじゅう」を看板商品に、オール手作りで和菓子を製造販売しています。糀由来の酒種天然酵母には、『美肌効果』や『ダイエット効果』などがある栄養素も多く含まれており、餡子の主成分である小豆にも、『高血圧抑制効果』や『血中コレステロールを下げる効果』なども含まれています。
