新潟市北区松浜で野菜料理とスイーツ作ってます。野菜が大好きで、野菜ソムリエの資格を取得しました。多くの人に食べていただきたいと脱サラしてお店まで始めました。野菜料理やスイーツは地元素材を中心に提供しています。

新潟市生まれ。金沢市で子どもコミュニティ雑誌編集部に在籍後、10年前に夫の転勤で実家の新潟に帰郷。地元情報誌の編集部にどっぷりと浸かり、野菜の虜になり野菜ソムリエの資格を取得!! 30代最後のあがきで独立を決意。野菜シェフとして、日々農家の方々と野菜談義しながら美味しい野菜料理とスイーツ作りをしています。
