General information
1999年、東京から田舎暮らしを求めて全国を探し回っていたとき、夫婦で初めてきた会津の風景に一目惚れ。カバー写真は当時のものではありませんが、同じ場所（慶徳峠から会津坂下、山都、高郷方面）から撮影したもの。移住後、会津の大豆を入手して家庭用キットで作った豆腐のおいしさに感動して豆腐屋になりました。
