昭和四十年、当社創業者「能本輝夫」がここ帯広の地にて開きほっけの加工生産を始めました。以来約五十年もの長きに渡り地元帯広はもとより、今では全国各地のお客様のご愛顧を受け北海道内では最大級の干物工場を持つまでになりました。社長以下、従業員一同日々の研鑽を通し更なる美味しい干物類の製造に励んでおります。
