General information
津軽海峡を臨む小高い丘の上の牛乳工場。それが私たち函館牛乳です。
1973年、酪農家を中心とした地域の仲間たちが力を合わせて、「株式会社函館酪農公社」を設立しました。全道の一元集荷、多元販売のシステムから離れて生産、販売を開始した当時の商品ブランド名「函館牛乳」が、ありがたくも地元道南地区の皆様に親しまれ、現在に至っています。
工場敷地内にある小さなお店「あいす１１８」では、牛乳本来の味を大切にしたソフトクリームやチーズなどの乳製品を直売しています。
函館近郊の牧場でしぼった新鮮な牛乳の味を、ぜひ食べに来てください!
