General information
アラン･ミリアはリヨン郊外オルリエナで果樹園を営む家に生まれ、果樹園経営に15年携わったのち、「自ら作った果実に更なる価値を与えたい」という強い思いから、1997年に6種類のジュースとネクターを発表。ルレ・エ・シャトーのソムリエたちから高い評価を得、アラン･ミリアブランドとして発売開始。
現在ジュースとネクターのラインナップは35種類にのぼり、フランス国内の4ツ星･5ツ星レストランの半数近く、約1100店のトップレストランで使用されています。
「完熟フルーツをかじった時の感動を呼び起こすこと、フルーツ本来の味とニュアンスを大切にすること、ジュース・ネクター・ジャムを通してフルーツそのものの価値を最大限高めること」これがアラン･ミリアの誓いです。
