新川桂(株)は、新川桂之助が１９６６(昭和41)年に新川桂商店として創業し、福岡県筑後市から九州一円に寝具の原料を卸してきた原棉問屋でした。
しかし、近年は『眠り』の質を高めることにひたすらに向き合う中で、１９８８(昭和63)年、新川桂商店は新川桂株式会社となり、原棉問屋の目で見極めた良質の素材を使って、妥協のないものづくりを続けるメーカーへと進化を遂げました。天然素材が持つちょうどいいあたたかさを大切に、肌ざわりや目覚めを心地よくするためのおふとんづくりの工夫を重ねています。
『素敵な眠りを通して社会貢献したい。本当によいもので人を笑顔にしたい』、その一心で築いてきた伝統をもって、身体にいいおふとんを通して、快適な日々をお届けしたいと願っています。
