鹿児島県霧島市福山町で造られる壺づくり純米黒酢「坂元のくろず」。江戸時代後期にはじまった壺を使用し、太陽の力と微生物の力を借りて、醸造技師の手でじっくりと時間をかけて育まれる米酢作り。坂元醸造は、今でも昔と変わらない製法を守り続けています。
